We went to the Stampede. It was really fun, but extremely expensive. We road the LRT (train) downtown to the grounds. We had Corn Dogs for dinner... 5 dollar Corn dogs! Geesh. The kids went on a few rides and they had a blast. They also got to "milk a cow".
Petting a pony. While we were in the stables, there was a mad cow going a little crazy. So we hurried ourselves out of there!

Ok so I find the last picture a bit creepy! Maybe it is just the way my brain works! LOL
ReplyDeleteIf you want to go again next year, there are lots of ways to save money. YOu just have to watch for them. The best way to go is to go really early in the morning before the rides are open when there's a breakfast and you get in for dirt cheap.
